What Our Clients Are Saying…

(Poem) Ode to Suzanne

– Suzanne she tells us to reach and bend,
Sometimes we’re sad to see the time end.
And when we’ve all worked up to :45
We’re all very glad to be here alive

We exercise our brains and also our hearts
As we improve our body parts.
She calls”four more” to women and men,
But probably wishes, “count to ten”.

Then we bend down and reach as far as we go
Further down on the way to a toe.
We deal with weights and strong stretchy bands
And maneuver a ball up and down with our hands.
We wiggle our fingers and march it out
She keeps us busy no time to pout.

At four o’clock we’ve done what we can-
Hurrah for all of us!

“Our trainer is excellent.  She understands that some of us have limitations in our movements and in our joints.  Exercises can be adapted so we strengthen our muscles but do not injure them.”   – Kay, Independent living resident

“She is the best instructor I have worked with…… She is top shelf!”
– Michelle A., Memory Care Activities Director

“I broke the (weight number) I have not seen that in over a year!!”
– Leslie H.
